Roof Waterproofing Systems
Constantly battling a leaky roof? Looking for a permanent fix to roof problems? Pro Coat will seal & waterproof your roof and provide up to a 20 year warranty. We cover a multitude of roof types – concrete, metal, single ply membranes / rubber (EPDM) and cap sheets.
Pro Coat utilizes a liquid applied reinforced membrane system, Decothane SP. Decothane is an advanced technology formulation providing durability, weatherproofing and withstands deterioration due to UV light. Developed by Liquid Plastics, Inc., Decothane is a Factory Mutual (FM) approved system and actually provides fire and flame resistance.
In addition to waterproofing Pro Coat can provide complete roof renovation services. From removal of obsolete penetrations to re-flashing of parapet walls to general concrete repairs, Pro Coat can do it all.

Fastop S withstands aggressive wear, impact and thermal shock while also providing excellent chemical resistance and moisture tolerance.
Fastop S is a rapid cure product providing quick “return-to-service” for your operation. Pro Coat provides textured broadcast surfaces that are durable as well as slip-resistant. Fastop systems also offer an integral cove base for optimal sanitary protection.

Pro Coat is the certified applicator for Monolastex RE system by Liquid Plastics, Inc. Monolastex is a very unique coatings system which comes with 10 to 15 year warranties. Liquid Plastics has developed a unique reinforcement design which actually “bridges over” caulk joints and protects caulk from UV rays and can more than double the life of caulk jobs.

Specialty Blasting – Sponge, Dry Ice and Baking Soda
Pro Coat utilizes a variety of specialty blasting techniques to meet unique surface preparation and cleaning needs. Traditional sand or coals slag blast media is not an option in most production or food plants. By using either method above contamination, both from a sanitary and equipment protection standpoint, are avoided. Likewise there are many instances where standard sand blasting would be much too aggressive and actually damage the surface to be coated. Sponge, dry ice and baking soda offer a sensible alternative and can meet a range of cleaning and surface prep needs.

Intumescent Coatings – Fire Stopping
Fire coatings and cementitious trowelled on mortar fire-stopping systems are becoming part of standard specifications on new construction and renovation work. Pro Coat can provide the full range of coatings or troweled on mortar systems which will meet the hours of protection required and on almost all substrates you will encounter.
